The scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and responsibilities for a project are governed by the applicable written proposal, quotation, statement of work, or agreement. Any change in scope may affect cost and timeline.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, required approvals, lawful content, and timely feedback. You confirm that content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, DoctoDigital retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and intellectual property. Ownership of final project deliverables transfers only as agreed and after full payment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoctoDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
