DoctoDigital provides customised digital, automation, marketing, and technology services. Project fees, milestone payments, retainers, and completed service charges are generally non-refundable because work, time, resources, and third-party costs are allocated after engagement.

Exceptions
Any refund or credit is considered only where expressly stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period after confirmation.
