Refund & Cancellation Policy – Doctodigital

At Doctodigital, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, automation, and technology services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

No Refund Policy

  • Doctodigital does not provide refunds if the customer changes their mind after purchase or incorrectly evaluates the service requirements.

  • Customers are strongly advised to discuss, review, and understand the services before placing an order.

  • Once the payment is successfully completed and/or services are initiated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Payments made towards services are non-refundable after service activation or delivery.

Duplicate Payment

  • If a customer accidentally makes a payment twice for the same service, one of the duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake.

  • Refund requests for eligible paid orders (subject to internal review and approval).

Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

  • Email us at support@doctodigital.com within 7 days of placing the order.

  • Clearly mention the reason for the refund.

  • Attach a copy of the invoice or payment receipt.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed on a pro-rated basis, after deducting applicable charges.

Non-Refundable Services

No refund will be provided for the following services, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp API services

  • Bulk WhatsApp or SMS credits (Promotional / Transactional)

  • Domain registration

  • Hosting services

  • Ad spend or third-party tool charges

  • Any service already delivered or activated

Service Delays

  • Doctodigital will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by third-party platforms, telecom operators, or external service providers.

  • In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.

Processing Charges

  • Approved refunds will be processed after deducting up to 30% processing and administrative charges from the refundable amount.

Refund Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • Refund processing may take 30 to 45 working days from the date of approval.
